Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment, unless payment has been made in advance at the time of booking.

Glow Lincoln may offer the option to secure appointments with advance or flexible payment arrangements via the booking platform.

All payment arrangements must be completed prior to your appointment. Any outstanding balance at the time of your appointment will be due on the day.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any Glow Lincoln treatment.

Appointments can be booked via the website or by contacting Glow Lincoln directly.

Please ensure your voucher is presented at the time of your appointment. Where a valid voucher cannot be provided, an alternative payment method may be required.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Personal Belongings

Glow Lincoln accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items brought to appointments.

Right to Refuse Service

Glow Lincoln reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate behaviour
• Safety concerns
• Contraindications to treatment

Liability

All treatments are carried out with the utmost care and professionalism.

Glow Lincoln will not be held liable for any adverse reactions where full and accurate medical information has not been provided.

Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and is used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective treatments.

Treatment Suitability & Results

All treatments are tailored to the individual; however, results may vary depending on factors including hair/scalp condition, lifestyle, and general health.

The Lenny Project – Appointment Terms

Appointments offered as part of The Lenny Project are provided with care, consideration, and limited availability.

• To ensure these appointments can be offered to those who need them most, the following applies:
• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• If you are unable to attend, as much notice as possible is appreciated so the appointment can be offered to another client
• Repeated missed appointments may result in future bookings not being offered
• All treatments will be tailored to the individual, with adjustments made where appropriate for comfort and wellbeing. In some cases, treatment may be adapted or declined where it is not considered suitable.
